product you bought from us you can return it for a full refund excluding any
shipping charges we have paid. There is no restocking fee and no questions
asked. All original packaging and literature must accompany returned products
and all products must be returned in new unused condition within 14 days of

Returns must contain a copy of our invoice for the goods and must be returned to
us by Registered Mail. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Warranties :
All products we supply are covered by a full Manufacturers warranty.
Warranty returns must simply contain a copy of our invoice for the goods and
must be returned to us in person or by Registered Mail.
Warranty returns for Scuba regulators, octopus and BCDs must also contain copies
of annual service invoices.
Invoices and Taxes : Tax invoices itemising GST will be sent with all products.
Freight
Policy :
For
orders over AU $50, freight is free to destinations in mainland Australia and
Tasmania.
We ship 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, therefore all orders placed after 9:00
AM EST on Fridays may not ship until the following Monday. Orders are mostly
sent via Fastway Couriers, delivery times range from Next day to 12 Days for
Outback service.
Orders under AU$50 incur Delivery charge of $6.50 Australia wide. We usually use
one of the following freight options: Fastway Couriers & Australia Post If for
any reason an order cannot be fulfilled within 2 Business days we will contact
you within 48 Hours.
